  farmers who lived in Bellevue between 1920 and World War II. The city, in 
 partnership with the King County Library System, is proud to host this inst
 allation at the Bellevue branch through 2027.\nAn opening reception will be
  held at Bellevue Library, 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19, the Day of Remem
